In order to ensure that we are able to attract the best of the best talent in the Anchorage beauty community, and in keeping with industry norms, we do have a cancellation and no show policy and require a credit card to be on file in order to make appointments. Cards are not charged prior to any appointment, and payment is not required until after an appointment is over. However, we do reserve the right to charge the card on file for any late cancellation or no show fees that are .

Payment Plans

We do highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment, to ensure your pick of day and time with the Service Provider of your choice. While we do have a waitlist and work to accommodate all of our guests as best we can, many our service provider do book far in advance, and it can be difficult to find an appointment time when booking is left until the last minute.

A partial highlight is generally concentrated around the face and part line. It is designed to frame the face and lightens hair where the sun would naturally hit it. A full highlight involves placing highlights in every section of the hair, so that the highlights will be visible even when hair is worn partially up.

Pull throughs are when additional color is required in order to complete a color service. This can mean toner or additional bowls of color. Your hair stylist will tell you if you will need any pull throughs to achieve your ideal color.

Lifting or coloring pieces of hair lighter than your natural color.

Highlights are usually done using bleach but can be done with color also!

Before your waxing appointment exfoliate 24-48 before and wear loose clothing. Stop taking any retinoids 7 days prior. Discuss with service provider any allergies, current topicals or oral skin medications. Post care, first 24 hours avoid touching area, sun, tanning beds, pools, saunas, hot tubs, exercising and/or anything that could make you sweat. Keep area clean and dry. After 24 hours exfoliate gently 2-3 times a week. Use serum if needed and light moisturizer.

The cost is based on how much QiQi formula your hair needs — longer, thicker, or denser hair simply requires more product and more time (3–5+ hours total).
