Alaska’s Olympic Bronze Medalist and Wellness Pioneer – Rosey Fletcher
Rosey Fletcher stands as one of Alaska’s most celebrated athletes and inspiring community figures. Born and raised in Girdwood Alaska, Fletcher’s journey from the snowy slopes of Alyeska to the Olympic podium represents a story of perseverance, resilience, and ultimate triumph that continues to inspire Alaskans and athletes worldwide.
Growing up in Girdwood, Alaska, Fletcher was immersed in Alaska’s outdoors from an early age. With the Alaskan wilderness as Fletcher’s playground, she developed not only her athletic skills but also a deep connection to nature that would influence her later work in health and wellness. From a young age, she was encouraged to move, play, create, and connect with the outdoors, including wild foraging, harvesting, and preparing gathered food, which deepened her connection to health and wellness.
As a three- time Olympic athlete, Rosey was afforded the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in health and wellness. Through closely monitored fitness and nutritional guidance, she learned to connect and understand the language of her body. Recognizing the signs of what worked and didn’t work for her individually. She learned to listen- and began a personal journey of integrative wellness.

As an
Olympian, personal trainer and nutritionist, Rosey wholeheartedly believes that
wellness is a deeply individual journey. Her approach includes a balance of
fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness, with the goal to create accessible
wellness experiences and plans for anyone seeking to optimize their health and
wellness. Learning to listen to the body and connecting with the inner guru.
